I have not corset trained but a while, but honestly I just seemed to have a ‘flexible’ waist to begin with, so I really didn’t need to train much. When I corset trained I was a natural 23 inch waist and would fit into my 18 inch corset closed for a few hours without issue. I started training a bit to be able to wear my corset longer without side pain and I always hoped to get down to a 16 inch (but never got the money to purchase a new 16”).
Most people can reduce 2-4” the minute they put on a corset (depending on their waist flexibility). Wearing your corset everyday for hours many people can get doing 6” in under a month.
